!ATTN! For all those interested in joining me..

If you wish to join me & become a member of my crew, there are some things that you must know.

First.. this is no pleasure cruise.. we will be at the mercy of mother nature with nothing more than our own strength and determination to help us get through it. The ship will be powered by all green energy, with little to no fossil fuels on board at all. We will be doing things the old-fashioned way with only sail and the sweat off our own backs. So if you want to come, you will need to be prepared for a life that will at times be very rough, testing every last inch of your resolve and strength.

Second.. you will not be getting paid.. nor do I have any money.. so don't expect things to be easy-peasy where we can just buy all the things we need. We will be catching our own food from within the ocean and then selling extra fish and handmade goods in order to make enough money to buy the other supplies we may need. Like the traveling gypsies of old.. we will be living the same kind of life style.. living off the ocean and the world around us and trading for the other things we need. Sea Gypsies... (or you could say honest pirates that work for a living and do NOT go around killing and stealing.)

Third.. This is a trip that will take up to two years to complete.. Possibly more! So please be prepared for this and make your arrangements as necessary so that you are able to be away from home for 2 years. We will be doing humanitarian work throughout the world and probably in some rather rural places, so be prepared for that also. This is a trip that is not just about us, but about helping out others in the world around us.

Fourth.. The ship will be small.. ~45ft.. with room enough for ~6-8 people..... Right now I have 3 people who have committed to joining me and possibly two others who are still considering it. If I happen to find more people who wish to join, then we will discuss a way of obtaining a larger ship that we can all share. If for some reason we happen to start making a good living off the ship, I will then invest in an even bigger ship and even offer an allowance to my crew.

Fifth.. Any money we make off of the fish we sell will be split evenly among us after the basic supplies we need have been purchased. But that is only if there is any extra money to go around. If you help me in making things to sell then you will receive the money for the items you made that sell. I am not about to take money from my own crew. Thus, life aboard the ship will be of your own making. It can be easy or it can be hard, depending on how much work you put in each day. I am not about to allow someone who isn't willing to work aboard my ship. I've no room for couch potatoes, leeches, or lazy-bums... So unless you're willing to work for a living, don't even think about it.

Thus, you have been warned and informed... If you wish to join me, you must be prepared to accept all of this. As I think of more things to share about life aboard the ship, I will share them here... So make sure to check back here at least once in a while to see if anything has changed..

Dear Crew & Hopefuls~

The song you hear playing now is the song I have chosen for our crew. I chose this song for us because it expresses all the ideas and feelings I wish to share with everyone. I want for us to be like that of a family.. a tight knit group of nakama who are always there for each other, no matter what! And that is EXACTLY what this song is all about~^^ I hope you all approve...

This is the English Translation for Namie Amuro's Fight Together, altered slightly in order to fit the rhythm of the original score and improve understanding. Credit for most of this goes to Midi-D & J-mi from Canada. [Sorry.. only the guys' usernames are available on YouTube..] Near the top of the page on the right hand side of the screen is a video of the short version done by Midi-D & J-mi.. the written lyrics are for the full version of the song.

Full English Lyrics:
Let us set sail right before the break of dawn
Tomorrow's waiting for all of us and I have
No regrets, yes now I've made up my mind
(Oh! I know what I'm supposed to do)

No matter how hard it gets along the way
My will always be strong from day to the next day
There is one place that we all want to go
(Fly to the Light!)

There is no way that they will ever break through
As we fight more together, we'll know what to do
As we go on our bonds will grow ever more
Yes the power is here, right in our hands

So it's time to go!
Ahead is a New World that's calling for us
So look far ahead now!
No matter just how many big blue seas are between us
No matter what, I'll stand by you
Don't be afraid, We'll make it through!

Never forget that, We Fight Together!

Just like the birds taking flight upon the wind
Passed through the rainbow towards the future
where, a flower called hope resides
(The flowers will never die!)

You tucked away your desire to reach out
for that place, deep inside your struggling heart
Ain't it getting a little tight in there?
(Fly to the light)
How can you defend lying to yourself now?
There is no shame in falling down to your knees
Just always make sure to stand right back up
So that we can once again see each other

So it's time to go!
Ahead is a New World that's calling for us
So look far ahead now!
No matter just how many big blue seas are between us
No matter what, I'll stand by you
Don't be afraid, We'll make it through!

Never forget that, We Fight Together!

I've always kept that memory
of when I raised my head high
Oh! There is no way I'll forget that vast blue sky
Oh, we sure have really come a long way
With our vows we made we'll carry through each day

But even though we, All burdens we carry!
The sun will rise~
& shine its way to us & make it alright

Yes I believe it!
The future tells me we will be one piece it's in my sight
So now together, let's set sail
Yes with just us, we will prevail!
Never forget that, We Fight Together!
(Life goes on.. Life goes on.. Life goes on..)
(Life goes on.. Life goes on.. Life goes on..)

Never forget that, We Fight Together!
